By confirming a booking with 35Frames Photography, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
1. Booking & Payment
- A minimum 30% advance payment is required to confirm the booking.
- Remaining payment must be settled on the day of the event or shoot (or as per agreed milestone).
- Booking is confirmed only after receipt of advance payment and signed agreement/WhatsApp confirmation.
- All payments are non-refundable but can be adjusted for a future date (subject to availability).
2. Cancellation & Rescheduling
- If the client cancels the event, advance payments will not be refunded.
- Rescheduling is allowed only once, and should be communicated at least 15 days in advance.
- If the new date is unavailable, 35Frames reserves the right to cancel the service.
3. Shoot Deliverables
- Edited photos will be delivered in JPEG format via cloud/drive link within 3–4 weeks.
- Edited videos (teaser & full film) will be delivered within 4–6 weeks.
- Albums, if included, will be delivered within 2–4 weeks after final design approval.
4. Client Responsibilities
- It is the client's responsibility to coordinate timings, venue access, and permissions.
- Meals and refreshments should be arranged for the photography and videography team for shoots longer than 4 hours.
5. Travel & Accommodation
- Travel charges apply for events/shoots outside Bangalore city limits.
- For shoots outside Karnataka or requiring overnight stay, the client must arrange basic accommodation and meals for the team.
6. Raw Files & Backup
- RAW photos/videos are not shared unless explicitly discussed.
- All data is stored for 90 days only. Please download and back up your files in time.
⚠️ Important: After 90 days, files may be permanently deleted from our servers. We strongly recommend downloading your photos/videos as soon as they are delivered.
7. Copyright & Usage
- 35Frames retains the copyright to all photographs and videos.
- We reserve the right to use the photos/videos for portfolio, website, and social media promotion.
- Clients may request non-disclosure in writing if they do not want their content shared publicly.
8. Working Style
- 35Frames follows a candid and documentary style. Specific photo requests must be communicated in advance.
- We are not responsible for missed moments due to client delays or last-minute changes.
9. Force Majeure
35Frames is not liable for failure to provide services due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g. natural calamities, accidents, pandemics).
10. Disputes & Jurisdiction
Any disputes arising shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Bangalore, Karnataka courts only.
