Booking Confirmation
- A booking is confirmed only after advance payment is received.
- Dates are reserved strictly on a first-confirmation basis.
- Advance payments are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- Clients must provide accurate event details including venue, timing, and contact information.

Payment Terms
- A minimum booking advance is required to block the event date.
- Remaining payment must be completed before final delivery of photos/videos/albums.
- Delayed payments may result in delayed delivery.
- Additional services requested during or after the event will be charged separately.

Cancellation & Refund Policy
- Booking advances are non-refundable.
- If the client cancels the event within 30 days of the event date, the full booking amount may be applicable.
- In case of unforeseen emergencies from our side, 35Frames Photography will either arrange a replacement team or refund the amount proportionately.

Rescheduling Policy
- Event rescheduling is subject to date availability.
- Rescheduling requests must be informed at least 15 days before the event.
- Additional charges may apply for date changes during peak wedding seasons.

Editing & Creative Rights
- Editing style, color grading, album design, and cinematic storytelling are part of the creative process of 35Frames Photography.
- RAW/unedited files will not be shared.
- Minor revision requests are accepted within reasonable limits.
- Excessive editing changes may incur additional charges.

Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for:
- Obtaining venue permissions if required
- Informing photographers about important rituals or VIP guests
- Providing proper lighting and stage access when possible
- Ensuring timely coordination during shoots
35Frames Photography is not responsible for missed moments caused by:
- Late schedules
- Restricted venue access
- Guest interference
- Poor lighting conditions
- Weather conditions

Copyright & Usage Rights
- All photographs and videos remain the intellectual property of 35Frames Photography.
- We reserve the right to use selected content for portfolio, website, Instagram, advertisements, and promotional purposes.
- Client media will never be sold to third parties.
- If clients require complete privacy/non-publication, it must be informed before the event in writing.

Force Majeure
35Frames Photography shall not be held liable for delays or failures caused by:
- Natural disasters
- Accidents
- Government restrictions
- Pandemics
- Technical failures
- Strikes
- Circumstances beyond reasonable control

Data Storage
- Final edited files are generally stored for up to 6 months after delivery.
- Clients are advised to download and back up all delivered files promptly.
- Recovery of deleted data after the storage period is not guaranteed.

Album Printing
- Album printing starts only after final design approval from the client.
- Once approved, further changes may not be possible.
- Minor color variations may occur in printed albums due to printing processes.

Drone Coverage
Drone usage depends on:
- Weather conditions
- Local government permissions
- Venue restrictions
- Safety regulations
⚠️ Important: Drone coverage cannot be guaranteed at every venue.

Website Usage
All content on 35Frames Photography including images, videos, logos, and text is protected by copyright laws and may not be copied or reused without permission.

Limitation of Liability
Our maximum liability under any circumstance shall not exceed the total amount paid for the booked service.
35Frames Photography is not liable for:
- Emotional distress
- Indirect damages
- Third-party vendor failures
- Unforeseeable technical issues
