Payment Terms & Refund Policy – 35Frames

Payment Terms

A booking advance of 30%–50% of the total package value is required to confirm the date and services.

The remaining balance must be paid as follows:

40% on or before the event date.

10% upon delivery of the final edited photos/videos or album.

Payments can be made via UPI, bank transfer, or cheque (details provided upon booking).

Bookings are confirmed only after receipt of the advance payment. Dates cannot be held without advance.

Any additional services requested during or after the event (extra hours, drone, teaser edits, etc.) will be charged separately.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

Booking advance is non-refundable as it is used to block the event date and allocate team resources.

If the client cancels the booking:

30 days or more before the event: 50% of the total advance may be adjusted towards a future booking within 6 months.

Less than 30 days before the event: No refund or adjustment will be provided.

If 35Frames cancels due to unavoidable circumstances, the full advance amount will be refunded or an alternate team/date will be arranged (based on client preference).

In case of rescheduling by the client, the advance can be transferred to the new date (subject to team availability).

Once the event has been shot, no refund is applicable for change of mind, creative differences, or dissatisfaction with style — since photography and cinematography are creative services.

Delivery & Revisions

Edited photos, videos, and albums will be delivered as per the timeline mentioned during booking.

One round of minor revisions (color tone, song choice, etc.) is included. Additional changes may attract extra charges.

Raw files are not shared unless agreed upon in writing.
